Michael Jackson challeges justice case - Aug 24, 2007
It has been reported that a Judge in California will deal with Michael Jackson’s challenge to a legal case that adduces a woman died after being moved to make way for the artist in hospital. The fact happened during Jackson’s child molestation case in 2005 when he was taken to hospital for flu like symptoms. Attorneys for the the family of Manuela Gomez Ruiz have filed papers that charges she was denied critical care because of Jackson’s arrival at the Marian Medical Centre. They say that Ms Ruiz was on a life support machine in a two bed room after suffering a heart attack when she was moved to accommodate the star.
